DTP Atmosphere Day - 9th December 2015
December 10, 2015The DTP's 'Atmosphere Day' took place on the 9th December 2015 at the University of York. This 1 day workshop was the first of our 3 annual 'SPHERES days', which are designed to provide all of our DTP students with an interdisciplinary introduction to each of the 3 major spheres covered by the DTP (Atmosphere, Biosphere, Geoaphere).
The theme for this year's atmosphere day was atmospheric science and policy. The day included talks from world leading scientists in the fields of pollution, climate change and extreme weather. The programme for the day can be found here.
