2018 DTP Student Conference - Dates Announced
This year’s DTP conference will take place on 31st May and 1st June, venue TBA. The conference is a chance to see all the great and varied research going on across the DTP, and provides an opportunity to practice presenting your work in a friendly environment and gain useful feedback.
First year students are required to present a talk lasting ~12 minutes. The talks will be split into appropriate sessions which will be chaired by second/third year students. Second years will present a poster, while third years have the option of presenting a poster or giving a talk. This is a great opportunity to show off a publication or any particularly good/important work from your 3 years in the DTP. There will be prizes for the best talks and the best posters, amongst other things. A call for abstract submissions will be sent out nearer the time.
